Beanut Butter Cookies
Easy, delicious dessert — dreams really do come true! This 3-ingredient (plus more for delicious add-ins) peanut butter cookie is a go to at my house. Whenever I’m craving a sweet treat, I grab variations of these ingredients.
With the flexibility of the ingredients you can use peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, etc. For this recipe I opted to support a cause very near and dear to my heart and use the limited edition Beanut Butter from Lidl. For every jar purchased, Lidl donates 10 cents to the Autism Society of America. How AMAZING is that?! You also have the option to donate additional money.
With an easy recipe and charitable donation, you really can’t go wrong with this recipe! If you live close to a Lidl, be sure to get you a jar or 10 (it is shelf stable after all!).
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips (however you can add any mix-ins you like)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together until completely combined. Once combined add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Roll the dough into one inch balls. Place on a greased or lined baking sheet. Use a fork to press down and place a cross cross pattern on the top of the cookie.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
